Initial Meeting

Introduction Meeting and Quotation

At our initial meeting we'll make our introductions and discuss your primary school prospectus requirements. From here we will prepare a quotation.

Scheduling and Briefing

Now that we are your appointed primary school prospectus design company we will begin by discussing your design brief. The design brief is a two way process in which we discuss your design requirements for your prospectus. We look forward to your input.

At this stage we schedule all stages of the prospectus creation, including scheduling for photography, copywriting, visuals, proofing, printing and delivery.

Creation

Photography

Our photographer will visit your primary school to take any pictures you require for the prospectus. It is helpful to think about what photos you would like in advance. Half a day photography is included in the cost of all our primary school prospectuses.

Copywriting

You can supply your own copy or we can help you write it. We have talented wordsmiths who will visit your school and get a feel for what you want to say.

Design

At this stage we will have all photos, copy and concise design brief. We can now begin the design and layout process. Once we have created the initial designs we will present visuals to you for your feedback.

Finishing off

Proofing

You will no doubt be over the moon with the visuals but should you have any changes to either the photos, copy or the design we will amend it immediately. Following this we will ask you to formally approve the prospectus ready for printing.

Print management

We only use the best printers for your prospectus and we manage the whole process for you. This gives you peace of mind that the quality of your prospectus is at the highest level.

Print finishing

If you want your primary school prospectus to really stand out we can provide you with samples displaying many high quality print finishes including metallic inks, spot UV varnishes, laminates and specialist binding.

Delivery

Your prospectus is quality checked by us and then delivered on your scheduled delivery date.
