Once you have approved your site for launch, our job still isn’t done! If you choose us for hosting we will continue to support your school & your schools website. We also offer onsite & remote training.

You thought our job was done? No way José, we offer 5* support to all our schools following the launch of their new website. As a support client, you are able to get in touch by phone or email between in 9-5 and receive support within the hour. Our friendly and knowledgable support team are happy to help you with any questions you may have. As a supported Client, you also receive:
- Weekly Backups, stored off-site on a secure Amazon AWS server
- Access to helpful video guides on the Design for Schools website dashboard
- Download & print our helpful WordPress user-guide
- Phone & email support 5 days a week between 9-5
- Small Ad-hoc changes to your site.

WordPress training for all levels
We understand that editing your new website may be a daunting task! We want you to take ownership of your site & be as comfortable & confident as possible when it comes to editing content, uploading policies/events.
Before or after your website launches, we will schedule a training session for you and your staff members. This will happen via phone or Skype, if you are local to Rochdale & Greater Manchester we may come out and provide on-site training if you require. You may also come and visit us in our studio based just of J20 on the M62.
